90-day LAYAWAY TERMS

BagPassion offers a 90-day layaway plan consisting of four (4) equal payments:

    An initial payment (deposit) of 25% of the total price (including shipping and insurance) is required to put the item on hold. You will need to reply to the Order Confirmation e-mail to let us know whether you will be paying via PayPal or our merchant account so that we know how to invoice you. You will then be sent an invoice. Payment is due IMMEDIATELY. The item will not be placed on hold and will be available to other customers until payment is received. If we do not receive payment within 24 hours of sending you the invoice, your order will be cancelled.
    The next installment (25%) is due approximately 30 days after the date of the order. We will send you a second invoice shortly before the due date. Payment is required within 7 days. If we do not receive payment within 7 days your order will be cancelled and the item will be returned to the shop. Your deposit will be converted to a store credit that must be used within six (6) months of the due date of the cancelled payment.
    The next installment (25%) is due approximately 60 days after the date of the order. We will send you a third invoice shortly before the due date. Payment is required within 7 days. If we do not receive payment within 7 days your order will be cancelled and the item will be returned to the shop. All payments made to date will be converted to a store credit that must be used within six (6) months of the due date of the cancelled payment.
    The balance (25%) is due approximately 90 days after the date of the order. We will send you a fourth and final invoice shortly before the due date. Payment is required within 7 days. The item will be shipped as soon as your payment clears. If we do not receive payment within 7 days your order will be cancelled and the item will be returned to the shop. All payments made to date will be converted to a store credit that must be used within six (6) months of the due date of the cancelled payment.
    All cancellations are subject to a US$50 administration fee.
60-day LAYAWAY TERMS

BagPassion also offers a layaway plan consisting of three (3) payments:

    An initial payment (deposit) of 30% of the total price (including shipping and insurance) is required to put the item on hold. You will need to reply to the Order Confirmation e-mail to let us know whether you will be paying via PayPal or our merchant account so that we know how to invoice you. You will then be sent an invoice. Payment is due IMMEDIATELY. The item will not be placed on hold and will be available to other customers until payment is received. HOW TO PLACE A LAYAWAY ORDER

To place a layaway order, select the item you want and click on the BUY NOW button. Proceed to the checkout and fill in all the necessary information. From the Payment Method dropdown list, select Layaway. You will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail and you will need to reply to this to let us know whether you will be paying via PayPal or our merchant account so that we know how to invoice you. This will start the layaway process.

All transactions are conducted in US Dollars (USD).

PAYING INSTALLMENTS EARLY

If you decide that you want to pay the next installment ahead of the due date or find that you can't wait any longer and want to complete your order ahead of schedule, just send us an e-mail and we will invoice you accordingly. There is no extra charge for this.

Changed your mind? ...

Seen another bag on our website that happens to be your holiest of holy grails? No problem! You can change your order ONCE within the first fourteen (14) days of your layaway period. This will involve cancelling the current item and replacing it with the new item. All payments made to date will be transferred automatically.

All changes are subject to a US$50 administration fee.
