LAYAWAY TERMS

BAG PASSION offers a layaway plan consisting of two (2) payments:

    An initial payment (deposit) of 50% of the total price (including shipping and insurance) is required to put the item on hold. You will need to reply to the Order Confirmation e-mail to let us know whether you will be paying by PayPal or credit card so that we know how to invoice you. You will then be sent an invoice. Payment is due IMMEDIATELY. The item will not be placed on hold and will be available to other customers until payment is received. If we do not receive payment within 24 hours of sending you the invoice, your order will be cancelled.
    We will send you a second and final invoice for the balance (50%) 30 days after the date of the first invoice. Payment is required within 48 hours. The item will be shipped as soon as your payment clears. If we do not receive payment within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and the item will be returned to the shop. Your deposit will be converted to a store credit that must be used within twelve (12) months of the date of cancellation of your order.

HOW TO PLACE A LAYAWAY ORDER

To place a layaway order, select the item you want and click on the BUY NOW button. Proceed to the checkout and fill in all the necessary information. From the Payment Method dropdown list, select Layaway. You will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail and you will need to reply to this to let us know whether you will be paying by PayPal or credit card so that we know how to invoice you. This will start the layaway process.


All transactions are conducted in US Dollars (USD).
