| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. | Shipping And Handling All merchandise will typically ship within 2 working days of receipt of full payment & shipping costs. For your security we will only ship customer orders to the verified credit card billing address. Orders shipped within Canada Orders within Canada will incur a cost of US$35 and will be shipped using Expedited Shipping with tracking included. Insurance is mandatory and will cost US$1 for every US$100 or part thereof; the first US$100 is free. This will be added to the shipping cost. Express and overnight shipping will cost extra and are available by request. Orders shipped outside Canada Orders shipped to mainland USA will incur a cost of US$60. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will cost US$80. Orders shipped to the rest of the world will cost approximately US$150 depending on destination and service. US and international orders are shipped via Canadapost Xpresspost Service and includes a tracking number and guaranteed delivery time window. Orders from the Middle East, Africa and Asia will be shipped via FedEx at our discretion when we deem it necessary. The buyer is responsible for customs duty as well as the cost of shipping to their destination and full insurance. Accessories Orders shipped to mainland USA will incur a cost of US$35 and US$60 for the rest of the world. | Returns Policy At BagPassion , we take great care in describing our items accurately and ensure that there are sufficient detailed photographs for each one. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item for a store credit for the amount paid minus the applicable shipping charges* and a US$50 administration fee. Your store credit will not expire and you are welcome to use this on anything in our store. Please e-mail us at sales@bagpassion.com within 24 hours of receiving your item to notify us of your intent. We must receive the tracking number for the returned goods within 7 days of your e-mail. All items must be returned in exactly the same condition it was received, i.e. unused, undamaged, not treated with any products and with the security tag still attached. Layaway purchases and items purchased from the ON SALE section may NOT be returned or exchanged as these sales are FINAL. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping should include a tracking number and full insurance and the package must be signed for at our end.
