| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order. You will be sent a confirmation by e-mail to indicate that we have received your order. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. | Shipping And Handling All merchandise will typically ship within 2 working days of receipt of full payment & shipping costs. For your security we will only ship customer orders to the verified credit card billing address. Orders shipped within Canada Orders shipped within Canada are FREE using Expedited Shipping with tracking included. However, we will charge you for insurance. Insurance costs $0.90 for every $100 or part thereof; the first $100 is free. This will be calculated manually and added to the cost of the bag. Express and overnight shipping will cost extra and are available by request. Orders shipped outside Canada Orders shipped to mainland USA incur a cost of US$30. Order shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico incur a cost of US$40. Orders shipped to the rest of the world cost US$70. US and international orders are shipped via Canadapost Xpresspost Service and includes a tracking number and guaranteed delivery time. The buyer is responsible for customs duty as well as the cost of shipping to their destination and full insurance. Insurance Shipping insurance is required for all orders and is the responsibility of the buyer. BAG PASSION is not liable for merchandise that is lost by the carrier. US$12 will be added to the shipping cost in the shopping cart. |

| Returns Policy If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return items sold and fulfilled by BAG PASSION within 7 days of receipt for a full store credit minus applicable shipping charges. This store credit must be used within 12 months. Please e-mail us at sales@bagpassion.com within 24 hours of receiving your item to notify us of your intent. All items must be returned in exactly the same condition it was received, i.e. UNUSED, with the security tag still attached. Shipping should include a tracking number and full insurance. Most importantly, the package should be labeled “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form and on the box. Otherwise, customs duty may be charged and this will be deducted from the amount credited. |
